DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We ship orders to Australia and some other select countries worldwide. If your country is available when placing your order, then we expect we can deliver to your country.

All deliveries are tracked, using our preferred shipping partner for each country. You will receive a dispatch confirmation, which will include a tracking reference.

Delivery times are estimates and are subject to change, including for the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and any customs clearance processing requirements of your country of importation.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are added to the value of your order and are calculated based on your shipping address. If your total order value meets certain thresholds, you may be eligible for free or discounted delivery. If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will apply for re-shipping.  

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

You may need to sign to receive your order or have a safe and secure place available so that our shipping partner can leave your order at the shipping address if you are not available to receive it in person. 

If there is not a safe and secure place to leave your order at your shipping address, our shipping partner will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

It is important that the address details are accurate and completed fully.  

ORDERS & SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Depending on the shipping destination outside Australia, you may need to pay other taxes, customs duty, levies or other charges in relation to your order on importation of the product into your country. As the importer of the product, you may need to pay any outstanding charges, as directed by your country of importation, once your products arrive at your country’s border. In some cases, our shipping partner or your customs authority may contact you directly and you may need to collect your order directly. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages destined outside Australia. 

DELIVERIES TO PO BOX AND SHARED ADDRESSES

Some shipping partners cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses, so it is recommended that all delivery addresses are physical street addresses. 

We strongly advise against deliveries to hotels or third-party couriers. Any orders to be sent to a shared address, such as shared boxes, hotels or third-party couriers, are entirely at the risk of the consumer. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive at such destinations or are damaged on receipt.

BULK ORDERS

The website www.amberathletica.com is for consumer and end-user purchasers only. You must not offer, or re-sell, products bought from this website, without our prior written approval. As such, we reserve the right to cancel excessive orders without notice. If you wish to purchase a commercial or bulk order, please send an enquiry to hello@amberathletica.com  


Returns

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit, subject to the conditions below.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. If you would like to order a different size, or item, simply return your item(s) within 14 days of the order delivery date and we will issue you store credit.

Store credit will be issued for the value of the order, less the cost of delivery. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products. Store credit will be valid for 18 months.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Returns within Australia: Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
  • Returns International: Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed and in original condition.
  • All label tags must still be attached to the item(s).
  • Any products marked sale and or discounted cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned.

If your return does not adhere to the requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

All credits will be sent in the form of an online gift card that can be applied to any future purchase. Store credits will be valid for 12 months. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your gift card/store credit.

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Amber Athletica is not responsible for lost parcels, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment.

Store credits will only be processed once all conditions are satisfied. Please note that we will not refund you the cost of shipping the unwanted product back to us.
