200 grams unsalted butter
200 grams dark chocolate baking choc chips
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 block dark chocolate (baking chocolate), cut into small pieces
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a bowl, melt butter and chocolate chips by microwaving them until they are melted.
Next, add sugar and vanilla to the melted mixture and stir. Then add the eggs and mix until they are fully combined.
After that, add flour, cocoa, and salt to the mix, and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Finally, stir in the dark chocolate and pour the mixture into the baking pan.
Bake for 28 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes before taking it out of the pan.
